Gee, it's Earl again!!


Earl Gee took his second Top Beaver title of the season with a
final round win over Top Champion, Jeff Duck, when Jeff went
red. Earl set some sort of record having his last four races
handed to him via red lights!! Two in Modified and two in Top
Beaver. Like the Earl always says" Some day peanuts, some days
shells".

Jeff Duck took the Top ET title on Sunday over Brian Dubbs
running out the least with a 8.067 on a 8.06 at 166.97 MPH to
Dubbs 9.280 on a 9.35 at 145.93 MPH.

Joe Coccia was the man on Saturday night picking up his second
Top ET title over a hot Ken Warsing. The 505 inch Mopar ran out
the least after Warsing cut a great .009 light with a 9.056 on a
9.06 at 154.24 MPH to Ken's 9.334 on a 9.34 at 146.19 MPH.

Earl took the Modified title over Mike Pakoskey's Hunky Hoss II
when Mike went red.

Mike Pakoskey and Beaver Bob go way back to the Kreamer US-522
Drag-O-Way days when they both ran big block Fords. Mike came
back to racing after sitting out 30 years with a reincarnation
of his Hunky Hoss Mustang. He's living the dream.

Kevin Whitmer stopped points leader and track champion, Jason
Weaver in the finals to take his second title of the season.
Kevin cut a .013 and ran a 10.63 on a 10.58 at 126.68 to jason's
.046 and run out 10.036 on a 10.05 at 132.19 MPH.

Billy Maturo went back to back winning both Sunday and Saturday.
Bill's Sunday win came over John Vincent after John suffered
mechanical wows.

Billy's defeated Daryl Walters in the semis and then moved on to
take the Bike title over Ken Kauffman Sr. with a final round
with on the dial 9.430 at 135.74 MPH.

Dave Weaver did the "Down for doubles trick" winning Saturday
and Sunday in Street ET. Sunday he defeated his stepson, Brian
Boyle with a 12.65 on a 12.63 at
106.99 MPH to Brian's run out 13.08 on a 13.11 at 103.09 MPH.

On Saturday's final Dave stopped points leader Bob Klock with a
right on 12.58 at 106.82 MPH to the Klocksters 12.10 on a 12.08
at 108.68 MPH.

HRT on Sunday found Thamaira Boyle taking the points lead with a
runner up finish to Mike Rowe's Mustang. Mike won with a 11.63
on a 11.59 at 107.62 MPH

Sam Ficarra in his half bred Mustang (SBC powered) stopped Tammy
Klock for the Keystone Tickets and the title when he ran a 12.05
on an 11.90 at 103.02 MPH to Tammy's run out 12.247 on a 12.29
at 110.71 MPH.

Kyle Kohr moved closer to the points lead with a final round win
over buddy Brian Vollman when he ran a 9.04 on a 9.02 at 71.13
MPH after Brian went red.

Lil Beaver Sunday action went to Carolyn Mull in her `65
Chevelle over Rob Bucher.
N.E.T.O. Action

Don Slout picked up the NETO Comp title on Saturday with a final
round 7.47 on a 7.50 at 184.57 MPH when his opponent, Joe
Morrison fell to mechanical wows.

Brian English took the NETO Nostalgia title over Ron Gallagner's
`67 Fairlane with a 10.97 on a 10.87 at 122.74 MPH to Ron's
12.83 on a 11.68 after he drew a foul.

NETO Comp finds the blown Chevelle against president Tony Fiel's
Corvette.

Frank and Frank Privitera in their gorgeous Willys and Woopie
Anglia.

The Privitera boy are a class act. They'll be back on the
Nostalgia Nationals.

Ron Gallagner is out and gone for the win in the semi's over
