Beaver Bob's B-17 mission
On Thursday, August 7th, Beaver Bob and Mel Mouth completed their life long ambition to take a ride in a WW II Boeing B-17G Flying Fortress.
The EAA's beautiful Aluminum Overcast was their operational plane. 

All four 1200 HP Wright Cyclones were running smooth

"Off we go into the wild blue yonder"
