Will Marks leads the family in a sweep

Family affair: The Mark's family was hitting them over the fence at
"The Beaver" in the Friday Night Street Racing program. Sarah Marks
won the JR ATV title while dad Bill, was runner up in Street Auto,
Will Marks went Down for Doubles in winning Top Street and Bone
Stock Truck. When you're hot, your hot!!

Will Marks took out Jim Sheaffer to win the Top Street title for the
third week in a row.

Street Bike went to Kyle Goss on board his Suzuki over Dave Davis's
'Busa. Kyle ran a 10.39 on a 10.35 at 130.92 to Dave's 9.29 on a
9.24 at 155.44 MPH.

Outlaw Street looked like a photo out of the `70's with Jeff
Foresman's USA 1 Camaro taking the Outlaw Street title over Rusty
Miller's Grey Hare Nova. Jeff ran a 10.77 on a 10.75 at 126.01 MPH
to Rusty's run out 10.19 on a 10.22 at 128.68 MPH.

Street Auto once again was Lynn Umberger's in his Saturn over Bill
Mark's thundering 442 Olds. Lynn ran a right on 17.56 at 78.22 MPH
to Bill's 9.43 on a 9.40 at 145.53 MPH.

Bone Stock Truck was Will Marks territory. Will ran a 15.42 on a
15.30 at 77.99 MPH
to stop Queen Leah Shaffer's 18.78 on a 18.53 at
72.36 MPH.

Rookie, Ben Smerkar, of Tyrone captured the ATV title over veteran,
Steve Hull. Ben cut a .025 light and ran a 14.40 on a 14.33 at 86.07
MPH on board his Raptor to
Steve's 22.64 on a 22.53 at 50.81 on his
Turtle Comp Honda.

In the TCR wars it was founder, (He suggested running TCR on Friday
nights) Tyler Bergenstock, in his Silverado SS over Brandon
Renninger's Trans AM. Tyler ran a
10.55 on a 10.25 at 60.22 MPH to
Brandon's 10.64 on a 10.34 at 67.05 MPH

JR ATV was a battle of the points leaders with Sarah Marks coming
out on top over Bushwacker, DJ Clark. Sarah laid a 12.88 on a 12.87
at 46.64 MPH after DJ went
red with a -.013 foul and ran a 14.06 on
a 14.04 at 43.44 MPH. These kids are good!!

SHOTS

Wheel stands are the cost of admittance Top Street.
Larry Taylor and Michelle McGowan are two MOPARS that lead the
field.

Mike Fortney had his "New Look" Chevelle flying.

Merv Moyer is Leonard Long's hired gun. "Smurf" laid down a 8.80
pass.

Kevin Troup had a Top Street position locked up but ignition
problems side lined the
9 second Camaro. Look for him to make the
WFO field on Flashback Friday.

Steve Miller in Sandy's new ride was looking good in Street Stick,
going to the semi's.

Rusty Miller had the Grey Hare Nova cooking, taking a runner up in
Outlaw Street.

Pit mate battle. Dennis Seigler verses Dave Snook. The Ford won.

Ashley "Cupcake" Brady made her debut in Street Automatic. Her very
first pass was a 11.21 run at 123.13 MPH. She knocked off Jackie
Kohr is round one, Graham Daddy Taylor in round two before losing a
close one to Bill Marks. She's a chip off the old cake.

Captain Ed was all smiles with "Cupcakes" performance in Street
Automatic.

ATV's have became a major player on Friday nights. You can run fast
and not kiss a tree.
