Bill Marks stands up for Top Street
Out of the smoke came Graham Taylor in his Vega only to shut her
down with handling problems giving the win to Bill Marks in his
crowd pleasing Olds 44. Bill carded an easy 9.60 on a 9.18 at 110.15
MPH for the title.
Outlaw Street was a Ford verses Chevy battle with Doug Madison's
Mustang coming out on top when he ran an 11.049 on an 11.06 at
125.34 MPH after Bobby Smith fouled.
In the all Ford, Street Stick finals, Mark Charcalla's `90 351 took
the title over Todd Hauser's sleeper 4.6 when he carded a 9.859 on a
9.87 at 133.55 MPH to Todd's 12.398 on a 12.45.
Dennis Seigler's Fairmont came out the winner over Jackie Kohr's 340
Dart when he ran a 10.875 on a 10.82 at 122.96 MPH to Jackie's 13.11
on a 13.04 at 103.06 MPH.
Luke Harvey is out first over Kyle Goss but ran off his dial with a
11.38 on an 11.10 to Kyle's 10.61 on a 10.40 at 124.32 MPH giving
his the title.
Sport Compact was a battle of the Young Guns with Johnny Whiskey
coming out on the plus side in his Neon over points leader, Jeremy
Campbell in his Honda. Whiskey took the title when Jeremy went red
with a -.009 giving the win to the MOPAR.
The ever popular Bone Stock Truck was taken by Bill "Mr. Down for
Doubles" Marks in his Dodge over Roy Kline's Ford when Bill ran
right on his 16.99 dial at 76.60 MPH to the V-10's 18.51 on a 18.50.
The ATV finals fell to Rich Klase on the far side over Rob
Goodling's Honda when he ran out the least with a 15.18 on a 15.20
at 80.86 MPH to Rob's 15.13 on a 15.23 at 76.40 MPH.
Tyler Bergenstock in his Silverado SS took the TCR title over Colin
Smith's Firebird with a 10.04 on a 10.00 at 70.89 MPH to Smitty's
run out 10.12 on a 10.15 at 67.25 MPH.
Samantha Cashdollar is out first over DJ Clark but DJ reeled her in
and took the title with a 14.10 on a 13.90 at 37.55 MPH to Sam's
17.81 on a 17.67 at 29.00 MPH.
WINNER'S CIRCLE
Doug Madison doubled up and won the Outlaw Street title in his
potent Mustang.
Dennis Seigler is joined by his fellow racers in the winner's circle
for Street Automatic
Kyle Goss took the Sport Bike title over Luke Harvey. Dad and BSD
starter, Bob Goss are all smiles for the Kyle's win.
ATV point leader, Rich Klase put his Banshee in the winner's circle
for the second time.
Johnny "Whiskey" Winisko with Yoda Kocher took the Sport Compact
title.
