TCR ROOKIE WINS TOP STREET

In the all Ford Top Street finals Doug Madison is t first with a
.036 light but Jed Seigler cut a .018 in his Fairmont. at the stripe
it was Ziggie taking the win light with a 10.71 on a 10.70 at 122.00
MPH to Doug's 11.00 on a 10.98 at 125.90 MPH.

Former TCR Champion, Cody Smith is out first and won the Outlaw
Street title over John "Pest" Troxell's Duster when he ran 14.21 on
a 14.20 at 92.23 MPH to the MOPAR's 12.42 on a 12.15 at 110.48 MPH.
BTW: "Pest" is John's number T239, mirrored in reverse.

After a smokey burnout, Ben Reeder left late on his Suzuki and MR.
Friday Night, Brian Snyder laid down an easy 10.04 on a 9.83 at
138.39 MPH to take the Sport Bike title.

Matt Danner broke his potent Mustang and went to his Dodge Ram as a
back up. He made it the whole way to the finals before falling to
Dennis Henry's `66 Mustang with a 19.25 run out on a 19.35 to the
Ford's 11.39 on a 11.41 at 119.18 MPH pass for the title.

In an instant replay of last weekend's race, Johnny Whiskey's Neon
took the Street Automatic title over Jackie Kohr's 340 Dart with a
17.26 on a 17.22 at 80.14 MPH to Jackie's run out 12.945 on a 12.95
at 103.34 MPH.

In a battle of the Young Guns, it was Kyle Poorman in his Dodge
Stratus taking the Sport Compact title over Johnny Whiskey's Neon
with a 17.21 on a 17.19 at 78.58 MPH to the Neon's 17.35 on a 17.22
at 80.17 MPH.

It wouldn't be a Friday Night without a Mark's in the finals. Will
and Bill met in the Bone Stock Truck finals with Will coming out on
top with his Hummer. Bill won the war taking the points title. Will
countered with the Top Street title for 2008.

In the almost heads up ATV finals, Barb Troup cut a great .038 light
and is the winner as veteran, Steve Hull, fouled with a .014 red.
Barb ran a 22.48 on a 22.47 at 48.09 MPH for the title to Steve's
22.39 on a 22.45 at 47.57 MPH.

Best friends battled it out for the TCR title with Girley Smith
taking the win over Johnna Crone's new ride. The Honda won with a
11.79 on a 11.78 at 59.02 MPH to the Monza's run out 10.358 on a
10.41 at 65.11 MPH.

Dylan Weader cut a little better light on his Kymco and ran a 16.00
on his 15.83 dial to take his first ever JR ATV title over Sarah
Mark's 12.85 on a 12.79 at 45.52 MPH.
WINNERS CIRCLE

What can you say about a crew like this? How about JED WON!!. The
former TCR Champion has found a new seat for 2009. Count on him to
finish in the money

MR. Friday Night, Brian Snyder, once again dominated the Sport Bike
field taking his 5th title if the season. Brian finished the season
in 3rd place in Sport Bike points.

Dennis Henry put his classic `66 Mustang in the Street Stick
winner's circle with a final round win over Matt Danner. The all GT
Pony still uses the original shifter!

Cody Smith and the Doughball Drag Team celebrate after his hard
earned win in Outlaw Street. What a winning combination!

Johnny "Whiskey" Winisko picked up the Street Auto title over Jackie
Kohr and was also the runner up in Sport Compact. Whiskey finished
the year with a 4th in Street Auto and a second place in Sport
Compact. The guy can drive!!

Bellefonte letterman, Kyle Poorman, picked up his 4th Sport Compact
title and wend on to finish 4th in points in his rookie season.

Carley "Girley" Smith and the Doughball Drag Team celenrate Girley's
victory in TCR. Carley finished the season in 5th place. Just
another good Smith Family driver.

Dylan Weader raced all season in JR ATV and on the final race he
picked up his first ever win, finishing the season in 5th place. The
young man has proven to be a threat to win anytime.
SHOTS IN THE
DARK

Madam President, Michelle McGowan, laid down a 161.03 MPH blast to
remain at the top of the 100 MPH Club. Mike said there is more MPH
in the car.

In her Rookie season, Jackie Kohr, driving her potent 340 Dart has
became a real player winning one title and finishing second in
the very competitive Street Auto eliminator.

The tower was a favorite place to hang out on a cool night.

Traction Master, Cliffie Eicher, was the remote started after an
equipment problem.

Hey Beaver Bob, where's my treats?

Rob Murphy's 13 second Lightning fell in the semi's of Bone Stock
Truck to Will Marks.

He may be a "Pest" but the man can drive anything and win.

"Cupcake" fell to the Might Mopar of Bill Marks.

Sarah Marks, a chip off the engine block.

In the JR ATV catfight it was Sarah Marks taking the win over
Samantha Cashdollar.

The "Unknowen Starter" and Eric the kid.

Miss Piggy was in attendance and she looked ...umm special.

"King Ed" Fetterolf's 8.00 Turbo `Busa.

The "Doc" was making a house call.

This is fun, but I'm almost froze.

Jeff Foresman rescued the classic nostalgic USA-1 Camaro. Everybody
loves to see it run.

Bob Horting will be keeping his #1 after taking his second Outlaw
Street Points Championship.

Bob Waer's "Buzzin' half dozen" six cylinder Mustang. What a neat
low 12 second ride.

Eric Hively will be a player in the Biker Wars in 2009.

Frank Reaser will be another strong contender in the Friday Street
Wars in 2009. |
