Brian Pecht tops them all

Brian Pecht in his Rhino Lining Vega stopped a red hot Dave Weaver for the Top Beaver title. The 406 small block cut a tight .006 light and ran a 9.08 on a 9.07 at 147.17 MPH and drove by Dave in the traps. Weaver was a little later with a .048 light and running a 12.48 on a 12.44 at 109.06 MPH. Both drivers now lead their points.

WE WON!!   WE WON!!   WE WON!!

With both drivers over cautious on the tree, Brian Pecht picked up the win with a 9.07 on a 9.04 at 146.50 MPH to Pete Wallace's 8.91 on a 8.71 at 154.10 MPH.

Modified eliminator went to Doug Kline in his street legal 426 Hemi over Rusty Miller in the Grey Hare Nova. Doug cut a great .013 light and ran an 11.11 on a 10.10 at 118.20 for the win to Rusty's later 10.26 on a 10.25 at 130.51 MPH

Beaver Bikers always dominate the bracket finals and two of the best met in the finals with Turbo Bob Shields taking the win over Ken Kauffman with a right on 7.75
at 172.08 MPH to Ken's run out 8.59 on a 8.61 at 150.60 MPH.

2007 TCR Champion, Dwight Shelly in his Chevy Truck almost had the Street title over Dave Weaver but a 12.962 on a 13.08 at 98.71 MPH was under by more than Dave's 12.451 on a 12.48 at 108.81. Guaranteed this boy will be tough all year long.

Hot Rod Trophy again fell to Princess Thamaira Boyle in the Volare over Andrew Koretzky in his Sentra. Thamaira ran a 12.51 on a 12.49 at 106.39 MPH for the title to Andy's run out 15.70 on a 15.72 at 90.17 MPH.

JR Dragster found 2006 Champion Colton Kirchner dropping a close one to Cody Binkley. Bink ran a 7.93 on a 7.90 at 78.32 MPH to stop Colt's 8.02 on a 7.96 at 82.33

In time shots, Paige Lear put a light on eventual champion Zack Miller in his maroon Nova. Zack defeated Colin Smith's Firebird in the finals with a 10.116 on a 10.12 to Colin's 10.956 on a 10.30. These kids are tough every week.

Bob Klock very seldom makes the Lil Beaver race but a first round upset sent him into the second chance race. In a close one, Gentleman Jim Holland in his GTO was a little late and Bob picked up the win with a 12.14 on a 12.09 at 110.97 MPH to the 455 Buick powered Poncho's  10.92 on a 10.91 at 124.37 MPH.

Baby TCR went to Carly "Girly" Smith in her V6 Cougar. The youngest of the Smith racing family took the title over last week's champion, Travis Delcamp with a right on run of 11.207 on a 11.20 at 65.16 MPH to Trav's red lighting 10.25 on a 10.22.

It was a Kohr Brothers finals in the second chance Baby JR race. Veteran Kyle took the win with a 8.75 on a 8.68 at 65.68 MPH to the rookie's run out 12.87 on a 12.90 at 50.13 MPH.
