Dave Weaver is Top Beaver
Twice is nice

For the second time in three event, Dave Weaver has captured the Top Beaver title. Dave started his march to the top by copping the Street title over Bud Poust and then marched through the other eliminator Champions. He knocked off Top Champ, Steve Miller in round one and then ran out the least in the Bike verses Street car battle with a 12.512 on a 12.53 at 105.68 MPH to Daryl Walter's 10.906 on a 10.93 at 117.61 MPH.

Steve Miller cracked a .037 light and ran a 10.91 on a 10.87 at 113.23 MPH to stop Mike McCracken's Nova in the Top ET final. Mike was looking good but fell with a 8.91 on a 8.80 at 154.40 MPH.

Jerry Walter cut a decent .047 light and ran a 9.86 on a 9.72 dial at 130.13 MPH and held off Blase Raia's hard charging Trans Am's 9.0 on a 8.97 at 153.06 MPH to win the   Modified eliminator title.

Street is going to be renamed Dave's Play Ground if he's keeps up his winning ways. Dave Weaver has not lost a single Street Eliminator title this season. Sunday he made it three in a row with a final round dead on pass of 12.540 on a 12.54 at 99.26 MPH to stop Bud Poust's 396 Nova's run out 12.04 on a 12.09 at 112.81 MPH.

Daryl Walter is off and gone in the IHRA Bike finals over Dave Carpenter. Daryl cut a .029 light and ran a 10.96 on a 10.91 at 122.44 MPH in ending the Carp's day. Dave ran out with a 9.44 on a 9.47 at 136.09 MPH.

Hot Rod Trophy found former TCR driver, Megan Clark, off first over Al Judy's Malibu but she was just .001 early. Al picked up the win with a 115.05 on a 15.06 at 92.25 MPH to Megan's 15.44 on a 15.17 at 89.46 MPH.

Mattea Derr is looking real good except for the red bulb she left hanging on the tree. Valerie Hagens in her Avenger took the win with a right on 11.83 on a 11.83 at 61.34 MPH to Mattea's 10.396 on a 10.40 at 67.87 MPH. TCR is just great!!

2007 JR Champion, DJ Clark picked up his first win of the season over points leader, Brian Vollman after both drivers cut near identical lights. DJ clocked a 9.07 on a 9.04 at 69.43 MPH to Brian's 9.15 on a 9.07 at 71.58 MPH.

In the battle of pit mates, Cliffie Eicher took the Lil Beaver title over Jim Holland's GTO with a 12.01 on a 12.00 at 112.19 MPH to Jim's 10.99 on a 10.98 at 124.70 MPH.

Baby TCR went to Colin Smith in his Firebird over Brad Robinson in his Chevelle with a final round pass of 10.32 on a 10.28 at 66.81 MPH to Brad's 11.68 on a 11.80.
FYI: Baby TCR is a second chance race for the TCR kids.

Baby JR finals well to Caitlyn Holland over rookie, Taylor Philumalee with a
 8.67 on a 8.54 at 77.10 MPH to Taylor's 10.86 on a 10.89 at 56.23 MPH
