IRON MEN TO ARGOE and DIIORIO

The Top Beaver Iron Man crown was on the line when 13-14 Age Champ, Austin Argoe and 10-12 Age Champ, Ashley Therien in her RAACE entry met in the finals. Austin was on the tree with a .014 light to Ashley's .057 and came from behind to take the title with a 8.16 on a 8.09 at 76.95 MPH to Ashley's 9.184 on a 9.14. It was a close one again

The TCR Iron Man Shootout pitted Saturday's champion, Dana Loffredo in her Tahoe taking on Sunday's Champion, Shelby Diiorio in the Camry with Shelby taking the title running a 11.32 on a 11.28 at 61.22 MPH to Dana's 11.04 on a 10.97 at 64.34 MPH.

The King ATV title was between Sunday's champ, Kevin Kohr on his Quad and Saturday's champ, Tim Diiorio. Both drivers were even on the tree but Kevin took too much stripe and ran out with a 17.565 on a 17.57 giving the win to Tim with a 11.640 on a 11.60 at 52.57 in his Polaris.

The 15-17 Age Group title went to Michael Koser in his Lucas car over Saturday's Quick 32 and TCR Champ, Dana Loffredo when Michael ran a 7.92 on a 7.90 at 76.88 MPH forcing Dana under with a 7.978 on a 7.98 at 82.57.

Austin Argoe got a slight advantage over the Motor Mouth entry of Eric Swinger and that's all it took to take the 13-14 Age Group title. Austin ran a 8.17 on a 8.09 at 74.73 MPH to Eric's 8.10 on a 8.02 at 80.24 MPH.

Austin Power's is in the lead with a better light. His .060 to Ashley Therien's looked like a winner but he ran out with a 9.029 on a 9.05 at 72.96 MPH giving the 10-12 Age Group title over to Ashley with her 9.16 on a 9.09 at 70.43 MPH.

Shelby Diiorio put her $20 a day rental Camry in the TCR winners circle when Jake Wood went red with a -.001 in his Mom's brand new Lincoln. Shelby recorded a 11.30 on a 11.23 at 63.25 to take the title to Jake's 10.16 on a 10.00 at 65.34 MPH. TCR was a record 36 car field. Only at the Beaver!!

It was a pair of Beaver regulars who met in the finals of JR ATV with Kevin Kohr picking up the title over Nate Webb with a a 17.60 on a 17.65 at 29.11 MPH to Nate's 13.92 on a 14.05 at 43.61 MPH.

"The Mom's in JR's" finals went to Mary Therien in her RAACE ride over Sue Vollman driving Dalton Roles digger. 14 ladies made the first round call.
Marty and Beaver Bob agree that it's one of the highlights of the event.

The Baby TCR title was over at the tree when Julian Paone was past Jeremiah Craft at the 60 foot mark after giving him the head start. Julian took the title with a 11.53 on a 11.23 at 48.50 MPH to Craft's 11.45 on a 11.33 at 61.22 MPH.

In the 45 car Little Beaver field it boiled down to a shootout between Chase Fahnestock in his Annihilator rail and Jimmy Fizz. With both driver almost heads up on the tree it was Fizz taking the win by running out the least with a 7.950 on a 7.96 at 77.16 MPH to Chase's 8.067 on a 8.09 at 83.96 MPH.

The Baby ATV title was on the line when Danae Roles and Alex Abinson met. It was Danae taking the title with a right on the number run recording a 12.10 on a 12.10 at 49.18 MPH to Alex's run out pass of 12.868 on a 12.88 at 47.28 MPH.

WINNERS CIRCLE

The big winner of the weekend was Middletown, Deleware's, Austin Argoe. Austin won the 13-14 Age Group and then went on to take the overall Top Beaver title and the IHRA Iron Man for his win. The kid was wired all day long.

Michael Koser picked up the 15-17 Year Age Group title.


Dana Loffredo took the runner up in the 15-17 Year Age Group.

Eric Swinger of Mt. Airy, MD, took a runner up in the 13-14 Age Group.

The 10-12 Year Age Group was won by Ashley Therien in her RAACE foundation entry. Ashley then went on to take a runner up in the Top Beaver.

Austin Powers made it to the finals in the 10-12 Year Age Group.

Wade Kubicke of Yardville, NJ won the 8-9 Year Age Group.
The family could not have been more proud of their little man.

Local star, Kevin Kohr, won the JR ATV title and was the runner up
 in the 8-9 Year Age Group. The man was busy all day long and good at it too.

Friday Night star, Nate Webb, took a strong runner up in the ATV wars.


Talk about your winning family, the Diiorio's did it the best this weekend. Tim started it off by winning JR ATV on Saturday and followed it up winning the JR ATV King of the hill over Sunday's champ, Kevin Kohr. Then on Sunday, Shelby won the TCR title and faced off with Saturday Champion, Dana Loffredo, for the IHRA Iron Man and took the overall title. This family is really good.

Mary Therien won the "Mom's in JR's" title as her daughter captured the
 "First dead on run" plaque along with the 10-12 Year Old title.

Sue Vollman drove Dalton Roles JR to a runner up in the "Moms in JR's" title

Jimmy Fizz came back in Little Beaver to take the title his buddy, Chase.

PA hot shoe, Chase Fahnestock, took the runner up title in Little Beaver.


Julian Paone put his big Ford Van in the Baby TCR winners circle. Beaver Bob said, "It wouldn't be a Beaver Blast without a Paone winning something".

Jeremiah Craft took a runner up in Baby TCR in his Subie.

Danae Roles won the Baby ATV title on her Artic Cat.

Danae Roles took a big win in Baby ATV.

Mikala McCracken took a semi finalist showing in JR ATV in her very first race. Look for her in a new Zoo Crew Junior dragster in 2010.

Michael Koser went red in the semi's of Top Beaver to Ashley Therien.

Austin Argoe made it to the finals of Top Beaver defeating Wade Kubicki in his Craws Racing dragster with a 8.16 on a 8.07 to Wade's 13.28 on a 13.22.

Jimmy Fizz stopped Kyle Kohr in the semi's of Little Beaver.

SATURDAY'S RESULTS
And this is just the test day!!!

The 330' Quick 32 was a ladies only finals with Dana Loffredo taking the title over Amber Mahon when Amber went red with a -.022. Dana carded a 5.05 on a 5.03 to Amber's 4.98 on a 4.97 to take the title.

Peter Gordon is out first in his Bad Boys but Tim Diiorio ran him out with a 7.959 on a 7.94 at 80.55 MPH as Peter ran too quick clocking a 9.019 on a 9.02 at 69.56 MPH to win the All Run side of the event.

Zack Miller looked like he had the TCR title it in the bag with a great .005 light in his Nova to Dana Loffredo's .114 but he let her come around him to take the win with a 11.14 on a 11.11 at 64.23 MPH to Zack's 10.18 on a 10.03 at 62.63.

In the JR ATV finals it was Tim Diiorio out first in his Polaris over Dalton Roles King Quad. Tim held on for the win with a 11.463 on a 11.40 at 53.20 MPH to Dalton's 11.249 on a 11.18 at 54.43 MPH. Only at the Beaver!!

  When the dust had settled on the 101 entries in the Pit Vehicle Challenge it was Dave Nahill on his Turbo Scoot taking out Joey LaMond on his NOS Quad. Only at the Beaver!!

WINNERS CIRCLE

Tim Diiorio went down for doubles and won both the All Run JR title and the JR ATV title. The man was on a mission and on the number.

Peter Gordon took the runner up in at All Run JR.

Dana Lofferdo made it a great night taking both the Quick 32 title and the TCR championship. She was running the Olympics between ride at the end and made it pay off big time. What a driver!!

Amber Mahon took a runner up in the Quick 32 in her sharp Half-Scale rail.

Zack Miller with his co-driver / dad, Gunner picked up the runner up title in TCR.

Dalton Roles with his family was one happy camper taking a runner up in the JR ATV race. Dalton just squeaked by his sister, Danae in the semis for the title.
