Balmer repeats Super Stock win
34 Oldies make the show!!!

Craig Balmer in his `63 Plymouth 426 Max Wedge became the first ever driver to go back to back in a major Nostalgia Super Stock with a final round victory over Fast Freddie Henderson's `64 Thunderbolt 427. Craig ran a 11.03 on a 11.00 dial at 123.47 MPH to Fred's too quick 9.88 on a 9.90 at 124.58 MPH.

In the blown Altered match up it was Rat Poison taking the win over Renegade with a 7.75 at 179.18 MPH.

It was a Marks family affair in WFO with dad Bill taking the win in his 442 Olds over Will's S-10. Bill uncorked an 8.66 at 159.15 MPH to stop Will's 9.25.

Chris Holley's `69 Dart took the Nostalgia ET title over Dave Gramley's Camaro with a final round 11.92 on a 11.91 at 112.73 MPH to Dave's run out 10.07 on a 10.10 at 134.79 MPH.

Nostalgia Street title went to Dale Greenly's Cherry Bomb over Bill Johnson 

Street Stick final was all Fords with Lynn Umberger's Comet taking the win over points leader, Mike Rowe with a right on 11.64 at 116.88 MPH after Mike fouled away a 11.25 on an 11.30 at 120.09 MPH.

Jed Seigler again won Street Automatic, this time over Terry Brouse

Outlaw Street went to Dave Erikson in his Water Bug VW over Eric Krell's Malibu when he ran right on his 10.07 dial in at 134.40 MPH after Eric cut a .001 light and ran a little off pace with a 9.37 on a 9.29 at 149.43 MPH.

Front engined cars are way cool.

Danny O'Day put on a real show in his Super Winch `34 Ford Wheelstander with two runs on the real wheels the entire length of the track at 149 MPH!!

Now, that's what I call a showman!!

Craig Balmer took out the York US 30 Champion, Jay Zolko 427 Comet wagon in the semis with a 11.05 on a 11.00 at 123.30 MPH to Jay's 9.17 on a 9.10.

Freddie Henderson was looking real good in his 427 Thunderbolt.

The Beaver's favorite Corvette, Lew Stitley's Tijuana Taxi, fell in the semi's of Nostalgia ET to Chris Holley's class winning Dart.

In the battle of pit buddies, Terry Brouse's  "Wild Thing" stopped Capt. Ed.


























 
WINNERS CIRCLE

Craig Balmer will have his picture on the 2010 Flashback Friday participant dash plaques again after his big Nostalgia Super Stock win.

"The Professor", Chris Holley, went down for doubles and won both JR Stock and Nostalgia ET with his 340 Dart.

Dale Greenly put his trusty Cherry Bomb in the Nostalgia ET winners circle.

Commander Lynn Umberger took the Street Stick trophy in his 347 inch Comet.

Jed Seigler took his 10th win of the season in Street Auto. Looks like he has the points locked up. The kid is unstoppable.
