High winds force race shortened to 1/8 mile

Top ET champ, Steve Miller, is out first but drew a red light in the finals of Top Beaver as Modified champ, Jason Weaver took the title with a 6.359 on a 6.36 at 106.91 MPH to Steve's -.019 light and a slowing 7.06 on a 6.88. It was Jason second Top Beaver this season. One in Top and one in Mod.

Paula "Bling-a-ling" Vincent is out too soon in her Jimmy with a -.069 red in the finals of the Fetterolf Jewelry's Top Mom giving the win to Mary "Bling-bling" Treese in her Impala. Mary cut a .038 light and ran a 10.09 on a 10.05 dial at 66.03 MPH for the title.

Steve Miller is out and gone in the finals of Top ET. He met and defeated Numidia heavy hitter, Mark Earnest with a final round .020 light and a 6.89 on a 6.88 at 91.29 MPH to Mark's .031 light and a 5.031 on a 5.00 at 137.04 MPH. Hey Steve, everybody likes you Flying Firebird better than the Camaro.

The Modified finals pitted two of the best with "Big Dan" Swank getting the head start. Dan carded a 6.51 on a 6.50 at 104.31 MPH but Jason Weaver 
ran him down with a 6.36 on a 6.34 at 106.53 for the title.

In the "All Geritol" finals, Ken Kauffman came from behind to catch Dave Carpenter for the win. Dave cut a great .005 light to Ken's .030 but ran way under with a 5.886 on a 5.94 at 114.82 MPH giving Ken the win with a 5.58 on a 5.55 at 121.24 MPH.

Tommy Houser got a little too anxious and fouled in the finals of Street eliminator giving the title to Sean Boyle. Sean ran a 9.344 on a 9.36 at 72.90 MPH for the win as Tom ran a 7.729 on a 7.74 at 86.88 MPH.

Carly "Girly" Smith cut a great .007 light in her Firebird and ran down Cody Shifflett's F-150 to take the TCR title. Girly ran a 10.30 on a 10.27 at 66.33 MPH to Cody's run out 11.026 on a 11.05 at 62.58 MPH.

The 'Lil Beaver finals came down to two hitters, Bud Poust and Jason Derr. Bud ran out with a 7.606 on a 7.61 at 89.17 MPH to Jason's winning 4.936 on a 4.92 at 138.39 MPH. Lil Beaver is another BSD weekly exclusive.

After losing a close one in TCR, Mark Frank came back to take Baby TCR over Paige Lear's Nova with a 10.19 on a 10.16 at 64.83 MPH. Paige had a great .010 light but ran out with a 12.11 on a 12.25 at 61.91 MPH>
WINNER'S CIRCLE

Steve Miller earned his Iron Tree the old fashion way, he foot braked it.
After an off track incident sidelined his Top ET Camaro, he came back this week and put his Modified ET Firebird into the winners column.

A real familiar site this season in the winner circle is back again. Brian and Jason Weaver are a hard team to beat in any eliminator. 

Sean Boyle won the tough Street eliminator title in his MOPAR.

Laura joins daughter Megan in the winner's circle for another victory in Hot Rod Trophy. In the early season going, she has been the car to beat.

Carly "Girly" Smith is joined by Johnna  and mom, Vickie after her win in TCR.

Lil Beaver champ was "The Computer Guy " Jason Derr, joined in the winner's circle by crew chief, Leroy Klinefelter, April and Jesse.

Numidian's on the road

Tom Seward, Glenn Seward and Mark Earnest lead the parade of Numidian's who visited the Beaver on Mother's Day while their home track hosted the Mychron JR Dragster series. Tom and Glenn fell early due to thinking BSD had "Cross-Talk" in operation. Mark went to the finals in Top ET.

Mark Earnest looked good in Top ET. The man can drive.

Tom Seward's altered has a new look.

Big Dan Swank went to the finals in Modified, losing a close one to Jason.

Randy was  #1 qualifier in Mod.
