BOB KLOCK IS TOP BEAVER

Street hot shoe, Bob Klock, cut a better (.040 to .080) light over Hemi John Simbeck's Cuda and picked up the 2009 Top Beaver title. Bob ran a 12.147 on a 12.08 at 111.30 MPH to stop HJ's 9.135 run out on a 9.14 at 145.74 MPH.

Klock's lane take the Top Beaver title. Roles Entertainment posted the purse with $700 going to Bob for the win and $400 to HJ for the runner up finish

Klockey took a close one in the semi's over Mike Holland's Fairmont with a better light winning with a run of 12.13 on a 12.07 at 106.62 MPH to Mike's closer but late 13.647 on a 13.63 at 98.21 MPH.

Hemi John SImbeck made Jason run out with his thundering top end charge. Jason cut it down slim but ran .001 too quick with a 9.949 on a 9.95 at 135.76 MPH to John's 9.15 on a 9.14 at 152.07 MPH

Round 1 action with all the qualifers

Jill Aurand defeated the Reverend Tom Youtzy's Falcon with a better light.

Hemi John Simbeck's .003 light was too much for Earl Gee's Demon.

Dave Weaver timed out while trying to courtesy stage against Kevin Little.

Bob "Fig" Newton cut a great .017 light on his `Busa but Jason counterred with a .015 and ran closer to his dial to take the win.

Mike Holland cut a .028 light in his Fairmont to Brian Pecht's .008 and took the win when Brian ran under with a 8.908 on a 8.95 to Mike's 13.677 on a 13.66.

Dave "Gunner" Miller picked up the bye run recording a .001 light in qualifing.

SUE VOLLMAN WINS BEST PACKAGE RACE

Gunner Miller is out on a good .031 light over Sue Vollman's Chevy powered dragster. Gunner took too much stripe, running out the most with a 12.113 on a 12.12 at 109.68 MPH with Sue taking the Best Package title running a 8.259 on a 8.26 at 165.16 MPH.

The win light shines in Sue's lane in a close one. She picked up a 2010 Gold card for her efforts with Gunner winning a $250 Stugart Racing gift certificate.

Hot Rod Trophy driver, Megan Clark, made it to the semi finals in her Camaro before falling to Sue Vollman when she ran out with a 15.09 on a 15.13 at 93.34

Gunner took an easy win in the semis over Top standout, Jeff Duck when the Duck drew a -.006 red light in trying to catch Gunner's .001.

Gunner Miller stopped Sean Boyle with a .013 to Sean's late .184.

Megan Clark showed Top star, Ron Maslanik, that Hot Rod Trophy girls are tough dropping him with a 15.13 on a 15.07 at 93.38 to Ron's 9.796 on a 9.81

2009 Hot Rod Trophy points champion, Derek Hartley, in his Chevette cut a .015 light on Cliffie Eicher but the Cliff countered with a .011 and ran closer to his dial to take the win with a 12.10 on a 12.09 to Derek's 15.35 on a 15.32.

Rich Powell (left) drilled Jeff Duck with a .019 to Duck's .090 but ran out with a 8.241 on a 8.25 giving Jeff the win with his 7.807 on a 7.78.

Billy Maturo is out first but a little late on his borrowed `Busa against Leroy Klinefelter. Leroy took the win with a 7.829 on a 7.82 at 170.19 MPH to Bill's run out 9.413 on a 9.45 at 142.20 MPH.

Jason Weaver brough out his dragster to do battle against `09 Rookie, Sue Vollman and had a race on his hands. Jason cut a better, .018 to .024, but ran out the most with a 7.642 on a 7.66 to Sue's winning 8.243 on a 8.26.

Jim Stover drilled the tree with a wheelstanding .019 light in his 351 Pinto against Lou Drayer's Chevette Dinosaurous but ran out by .001 with a 10.359 on a 10.36, giving the win to Lou's 9.23 on a 9.18 at 146.24 MPH.

2009 Street Champion, Dave Weaver, earned the bye run with two best packages in the 2009 season. Look out Pittsburgh, the man is red hot again!!
