The Beaver sneaks one by the weather man.
WEAVER IS TOP BEAVER

Dave Weaver is out first in his 360 Charger in the finals of Top
Beaver with a great .004 light as Sue Vollman takes chase
cutting a .038. At the stripe it was Weaver taking the title
with a winning 12.87 on a 12.82 at only 95.56 MPH to Sue's
troubled 8.24 on a 7.87 at 169.52 MPH.


In the finals of Top ET, Bill Rusch carries the tires on his 440
Cuda as Sue Vollman leaves on a .027 light. At the stripe it was
Sue taking the title with a 7.879 on a 7.84 at 170.77 MPH to
Bill's 9.932 on a 9.95 at 134.64 MPH.


The finals of Bike pitted Billy Bair's "Screaming Yellow `Busa"
against Ken Kauffman's Kawasaki. Billy cut a better light and
ran a right on 8.962 on a 8.96 at 144.30 to Ken's 8.679 on a
8.61 at 136.26 for the title.


The finals in Modified was an all Camaro affair with Willie
Treese out first over Dave Gramley's sharp `68 big block. Dave
took the title with a 11.18 on a 11.11 at 120.51 MPH to Willie's
10.888 on a 10.84 at 123.57 MPH.

The Street finals was another close one with Dave Weaver's MOPAR
taking the win over Mike Holland's Fairmont with a 12.839 on a
12.82 at 100.62 MPH to Mike's run out pass of 13.599 on a 13.64
at 97.05 MPH.


It was an all girls finals in TCR with Johnna Crone picking up
the win over Shania Taylor's Minotaur Dodge carding a 11.17 on a
11.15 at 62.13 MPH
to Shania's 12.06 on a 12.01 at 59.38 MPH

Brian Vollman took the JR Dragster title over Chanda Ross with a
final round 8.72 on a 8.68 at 76.23 MPH to Chanda's 7.92 on a
7.90 at 83.86 MPH

The Lil Beaver finals came down to a pair of hitters with Frank
Romeo's Freight Train taking the title over a red lighting
(-.004) Kevin Whitmer with a 10.34 on a 10.30 at 130.32 MPH to
Kevin's 10.089 on a 10.09 at 132.80 MPH.
BONUS SHOTS

Weaver's .017 light was enough to stop Gramley's .072 in Top Beaver.

Sue takes the stripe over Billy Bair in the first round of Top
Beaver.

Danae Roles and Bryce Vollman give Sue the water treatment for
winning.

Mikey had a close on against Brian.

Tanner was in a good battle with Chanda but a red light ended
his day.

Dalton cut a great .012 in defeating Dylan in round two.

JR Champion, Brian Vollman, gets his just rewards from rookie

7.42 in hubby Jason's big block dragster. Looks like JD may have
lost his seat of power.

Mike Boyer is on a mission and doing great.

Samantha Dubbs stopped Brian Vollman in round two with a close
one. Sam cut a .008 and ran a 8.175 on a 8.17 to Brian's .029
light and a 7.795 on a 7.79

With Bill's .009 to Mike's .010, Mike took too much stripe by
.011 running a 9.009 on a 9.02 to the Cuda's 9.958 on a 9.95.
That is close.

picking up the
Top ET title and son, Brian, winning the JR Dragster title.

Billy Bair put his "Screaming Yellow `Busa" into the Bike
winners circle again.

Linda and Dave Gramley celebrate his win in Modified. The PPG
representative finally had the cards fall his way in taking the
title in his Camaro.
Yes, Linda has nice legs.

Hot Rod Trophy Champion, Girly Smith, makes a break for it as
dad, Rick, catches the full force of a Beaver Baptism
