WAREHIME WINS SUPER STOCK TITLE
Homeboy Donnie Slout wins N.E.T.O. Comp



The Nostalgia Super Stock finals found Dan Householder's injected Hemi out first  over John Warehime's 427 Chevelle with the Chevy picking up the title running a 10.67 on a 10.50 index at 118.14 MPH to the MOPAR's 11.05 on a 10.80 index at 123.33 MPH. Both drivers did a great job making it to the finals in the very tough 40 car field that was loaded with all of the stars.

The finals of N.E.T.O. Comp pitted Tony Suplino's Nova against Don Slout's "Renegade" Fiat. The Slout killed the tree with a .015 and took the win with a 7.32 on a 7.25 at 179.42 MPH to Tony's 9.05 on a 9.00 at 129.10 for the win.

In a classic Gasser's battle from the past, Roger Cavallard is out -.003 too soon giving the win to Bob Carson's `55 Chevy. Bob laid down a 11.28 on a 11.19 at 116.59 MPH for the win to Roger's 11.23 on a 11.19 at 115.69 MPH.

The JR Stock finals was another great one with Chris Holley's Dart taking the title over Charlie Innerst's 427 Biscayne. The 360 MOPAR ran a 11.68 on a 11.56 at 111.24 to take the win over Charlie's 11.96 on a 11.89 at 112.72


The NHRA Super Stock finals came down to a MOPAR verses Camaro battle with Brian Worner's Chevy picking up the win over Jerry Hillier running a 10.39 on a 10.34 at 122.86 MPH to the 360's 12.28 on a 12.24 at 107.04 MPH.

In the finals of Nostalgia ET, Keith Penatzer in his AMC Gremlin is out on a great .013 light and was never passed as he took the title over BSD tough guy, Kevin Whitmer. Keith ran a 10.93 on a 10.89 at 120.90 MPH to Kevin's run out 10.099 on a 10.12 at 124.53 MPH.

The Nostalgia Street finals was all Chevrolet with Bill Abda out first in his El Camino over Bob Whitmer's Camaro. Bob dragged the tree with him and took the win running a 12.92 on a 12.78 at 96.03 MPH to take the title over Bill's run out time of 14.59 on a 14.60 at 93.15 MPH.

John  Wareheim defeated all challengers in the 40 car Nostalgia Super Stock field to claim the title in his `66 Chevelle 427.

Bob Witmer is one happy camper in winning the Nostalgia Street title.

Bill Abda in his El Camino grabbed the Nostalgia Street runner up title.
