BRIAN SNYDER IS TOP BEAVER

The finals of the Hoopla's Top Beaver was over at the tree when
Street champ, Wayne Skelly went red and handed the victory over
to Bike Champ, Brian Snyder. Brian blasted out a 9.651 on a 9.66
at 139.88 MPH for the title.

= MANDRA put on a great show with over 20 cars making the event.
The finals fell to Gene Heath in his `57 Chevy over Brian
Freel's Jungle Jim Nova in a close one.

The Class 1 Top ET finals matched Ron Reber's Scott's
Transmission's dragster verses Steve Lenig. Ron had the tree
with an .030 to Steve's .050, and took the stripe with a 8.258
on a 8.25 at 159.86 MPH to Steve's run out 7.646 on a 7.66 at
170.87 MPH.

The Whitmer Fuels Modified finals had Carolyn Mull's
facing Howard Croster's Nova. Carolyn too the tree with a .003
light as Howie fouled his chances away and handed Carolyn the
Iron Tree. Carolyn carded a 12.266 on a 12.29 at 106.30 MPH to
Croster's 10.670 on a 10.69 at 118.04 MPH.

The Bike finals was a heads up affair with both Dave Carpenter's
Ninja and Brian Snyder Hayabusa dialed 9.365. Brian took
the tree and the stripe with a 9.670 at 144.81 MPH to Carp's
9.638 run out at 137.71 MPH.

Wayne Skelly in his 442 stopped Street points champion, Bob
Klock in the finals with a 16.520 on a 16.54 at 80.45 MPH to
Bob's 12.069 on a 12.09 at 105.27 MPH. It sure was close at the
stripe!!

The Lil Beaver finals came down to Dave Brassington's Camaro
verses Dave Erikson's "Crow". With both drivers cutting .030
lights Brass ran closer in taking the title with a run of 10.733
on a 10.70 at 121.83 MPH to Erikson's 12.413 on a 12.34 at
106.66 MPH.

The JR finals went to Jake Wood in his RepoZest ride when Kyle
Kohr fouled. Jake ran a 7.915 on a 7.95 at 82.83 MPH to Kyle's
7.875 on a 7.90 at 83.54.

The JR ATV finals went to Sarah Marks, near lane, over Eric
Witmer. Sarah ran a 11.044 on a 11.01 to take the title. Eric
ran out with a 13.841 on a 13.85.

The Hot Rod Trophy finals matched Ashley Held's FZ-1000 against
Dave Erikson's "The Crow" `59 Chevy. Dave picked up the title
with a 13.343 on a 12.33 at 106.99 MPH to Ashley's 12.137 on a
12.30 run out pass.

In the Lil JR finals, Liberti Ferster took the title over Bryce
Vollman with a 12.771 on a 12.73 at 49.43 MPH to Bryce's 12.898
on a 12.84 at 50.26 MPH.

BONUS SHOTS

Carolyn is out first but late against Snyder's Hayabusa. Brian
caught her in the traps with a 9.680 on a 9.66 at 139.19 MPH to
Carolyn's 12.274 on a 12.25.

MANDRA representative, Brian Freels in his Jungle Jim Nova drew
a red light in the first round of Hoopla's Top Beaver against
Wayne Skelly.

"Tech Man" Gary Enders put it all together and came away with
enough points to qualify for the Bracket Finals on the last
weekend.

Pittsburgh Raceway hot shoe, Kevin Romeo.

The English Brothers XK-E Jaguar is one of the best looking cars
in the East.

Steve Miller's 8 second `40 Chevy is a thrill ride.

John Conti's Camaro fell in round two of Lil Beaver to Mike
Harpster's Mustang.

WINNERS CIRCLE

Ron Reber's Scott's Transmissions sponsored rail took the Top ET
title
and earned the Whitmer Fuels IHRA Iron Man.

Carolyn Mull was on a roll in her `65 Chevelle winning the
Witmer Fuels Modified title. Friends and pit mates, Inez and
Will Leitch join in the celebration.

Hesston Speedway owner, Dave Erikson, won the Hot Rod Trophy
title in his "Crow" `59 Chevy. He also was runner up in 'Lil
Beaver. The guy is a driver!!

Ashley Held took runner up honors onboard his FX-1000 in Hot Rod
Trophy.

Jake Woods took the points lead and the title in JR Dragster.

Aaron Grubb picked up his first TCR Iron Tree victory in his
Mustang.

Sarah marks won the JR ATV title over a stellar field.
