Homeboy, Lew Stitley, put his crowd favorite Tijuana Taxi in the winners circle with a final round victory over long time Beaver racer, Randy Campbell in his
Full Metal Jacket, Studebaker.

Skip Coverdale pulled off a big upset win in the AA/Gas Supercharged final with a win in his Anglia over Rocky Pirrone's Willys.


In the AA/GS verses Funny Car it was the Mallicoat Bros. taking on Rocky.

The Mallicoat Brothers took two straight.

Rocky lost a close one.

All the way from California, the Mallicoats are a class act.
They'll be back for the Nostalgia Nationals in July.


 The Professor, Chris Holley, was unstoppable in Hot Rod winning the title with a final round win over a tough Mike Harpster in his potent Mustang.

The bonus Lil Beaver finals fell to Graham Daddy Taylor over a red lighting
Bud Poust in his Camaro.

John Schreiner's Anglia won over Saturday East Coast Gassers champion, Roger Cavallaro in his `57 Chevy on Sunday.

Shifty Business `55 of Gary Conte

Crowd favorite, Don Moyer, stood it way up on Friday.

He missed the 60 foot reflector. Don hurt his car on the Saturday, breaking his antique Pontiac rear. He'll be back for the Jalopy Showdown in October.

WINNERS CIRCLE


Mountain City Tennessee's number one son, Skip Coverdale, showed everybody that an Anglia can play with the big boys. He defeated his buddy Rocky Pirrone and his Willy's in the finals. That's Rocky flashing a "V" for being second.

Lew Stitley took a very popular win in Nostalgia Gas.

Wendy and Randy Campbell in the winners circle for their runner up finish in Nostalgia Gas in his cool Full Metal Jacket Studebaker.


"The Professor", Chris Holley, picked up the Gasser Reunion gold for his win in the Hot Rod eliminator. Chris is the man when it comes to Nostalgia races. 
 

Graham Daddy Taylor picked up the winners share of the Lil Beaver race.

Lil Beaver runner up, Mike Harpster and wife Penny, are joined by Earnest McIntyre of Gasser Reunion and Ohio George for a great finish.

 
 

SATURDAY'S WINNERS

Roger Cavallaro won the east Coast Gasser title with a final round 11.220 on a 11.21 at 116.93 MPH after a .010 light. The man is good.

Ron Carson took a runner up in the East Coast Gasser show when he went red.

Bob Ramella took the Lil Beaver title with a 10.55 on a 10.44.

Marc English made it into the money with a runner up in Lil Beaver.

Mike's winning pass to win the wheelie contest!!

Mike Etchberger took the Wheel Stand contest in his street legal Willys.

Dan Bergeron was a close second in the wheelie contest.


 

FRIDAY'S TEST and TUNE ACTION

Cool cars were rolling in all day long. This group drove from Jersey!!

Beaver Bob's 90 year old dad, Fast Eddie, was outside when the Goodyear blimp made a pass over the track on it's way to Pocono.

The Beaver's Lew Stitley lost a close one to Gary Conte's `55 Chevy in the semis of the Gambler's race.

Gary's "Shifty Business" took the Gambler's title over BSD points champ,
Kevin Little, when his Willys went red.
